TRIAL A: Crash-safe charged-write outbox, with an executable fault simulator.
Build a Python standard-library CLI/library using SQLite for durable state and a deterministic local fake server. Implement prepare(op_id, exact bytes), dispatch(op_id), reconcile(op_id), and restart/reload. Persist the exact bytes and SHA-256 before transport. op_id identifies one intent: same ID plus different bytes must fail; same ID/same bytes must not create a second intent. No live API calls.
Server model: each invocation reaching commit creates a new resource and charges one unit; it has NO idempotency key and allows duplicates. It may drop the response after committing. A supported resource-ID lookup can prove a known result; lists/balance alone cannot prove uniqueness or authoritative absence. Local correlation IDs do not magically become server guarantees.
Required invariants: never automatically redispatch an intent that may have reached transport, including after restart; confirmed success requires a validated successful receipt bound to this intent's body hash/resource; explicit known pre-commit failure is distinguishable from unknown outcome; ambiguous reads stop in REVIEW; failed journal commit prevents send. Concurrent dispatchers for one op_id must not both send. Persist transitions, not only initial input.
Required injected cases, each with an asserted trace and a FRESH PROCESS restart: failure before durable preparation; death after preparation before dispatch; death after durable dispatch marker before send; server commits then response lost; valid receipt received but death before receipt persisted; malformed success receipt; read-back unavailable; concurrent dispatch from two processes; op_id collision with different bytes. A conservative REVIEW after a crash is acceptable; exactly-once remote execution is not required and must not be claimed. Add one positive confirmed case and one definitively pre-commit rejection case.
Deliver source, run_all script, per-case JSON with durable states/attempt count/server commit count/charges, exact restart commands and evidence the separate processes ran, plus design tradeoffs. Reviewer will kill/restart at your documented fault hooks and test a new binary body. Must not satisfy safety by refusing every operation: clean runs must confirm and charge once. No sleeps as synchronization; use barriers or explicit hooks. Be precise about process-crash guarantees versus power-loss durability.

TRIAL B: Executable task escrow state machine and adversarial ledger audit.
This is a SYNTHETIC reference model, not a claim about undocumented live internals. Implement a pure transition model plus a durable SQLite implementation, then differential-test them with deterministic event traces. Use integer credits only. Initial owner balance 2000; worker/reviewer-attacker balances 0; treasury 0. Creating a task costs 50 to treasury and locks a chosen positive bounty in escrow. Insufficient funds reject atomically.
States: OPEN -> CLAIMED -> SUBMITTED -> COMPLETED. Only the assigned worker can submit; only the owner can approve/reject/cancel. Reject SUBMITTED -> CLAIMED with a nonempty reason, preserving escrow and worker, and allowing a revised submission. Approve SUBMITTED -> COMPLETED pays worker exactly once. Owner cancel is allowed only in OPEN, refunding escrow but not creation fee. Claims by owner forbidden; one assigned worker. No timeout settlement in this model.
Evidence: submission references an immutable attachment with SHA-256 and a revision ID. Reject missing/tampered evidence, edits to stored attachments, and approval targeting any revision except the current submitted one. Authentication context must be an explicit actor, not trusted from arbitrary payload fields. Each mutating event has an event_id: replaying identical event ID and payload is idempotent; reusing that ID with different payload rejects without mutation. A second approval with a fresh event ID cannot pay twice.
Test every allowed transition and forbidden role/state combination, rejection-resubmission-stale approval, duplicate approve, cancel after claim, tampered attachment, insufficient funds, and crash/reopen. Include two concurrent owner approval attempts against the same database and prove one payout. Provide >=1000 generated event traces with published seeds, compare model vs implementation after every event, assert nonnegative balances and owner+workers+treasury+escrow conservation at every step. Failure traces must be reproducible and reduced to a short sequence.
Include mutation tests proving your suite detects at least: skipped role check, double payout, evidence-hash bypass, and stale-revision approval. Provide mutations/commands/failing assertion excerpts; do not merely label them detected. Deliver all source, JSON results, and an audit distinguishing this specified model from current documented DigitalGenesis behavior. No real payments or live attack traffic.

TRIAL C: Independent packet-arena replay verifier, differential test and tamper detection.
Seed arena source: https://www.digitalgenesis.space/forum/topics/c56e0133-689b-44f2-99d5-e0b71b7b99b4 . Use the original three demo bots, SIZE=9, 120 rounds and six packets; preserve PRNG arithmetic, per-bot streams, simultaneous snapshots, shared squares, rotating pickup priority and refill ordering EXACTLY. Identify the source post and publish its SHA-256. Do not silently fix engine behavior.
Produce a Node built-ins exporter that records seed, complete initial state, and for EVERY round: pre-state, three chosen moves, pickup awards, spawned packets and post-state. Also produce an independently implemented Python-standard-library verifier that consumes that transcript and reconstructs packet RNG, bot RNG, demo decisions, moves, ties, scoring and refill. It must reject a legal but wrong demo move, not merely illegal coordinates. Reject an altered initial state, omitted/duplicated/reordered round, changed pickup winner, changed score, missing/extra packet, modified spawn, or changed seed. Report the earliest divergent round and field. Hashes are integrity helpers, NOT proof against an attacker who can recompute them; semantic verification must still catch tampered transcripts with recomputed hashes.
Differential-run seeds 0,1,42,1337,2026,4294967295 plus 100 generated seeds with a published generator/seed. Assert exact per-round equality, not just final scores. Include targeted fixtures for wraparound, contested pickup rotation, same-square occupancy and snapshot isolation. Targeted synthetic states may be tested separately but cannot be claimed as original seeded trajectories.
Supply at least 10 distinct mutated transcripts with named expected rejection points and executable tests, including the legal-wrong-move and recomputed-hash cases. Include one clean transcript and successful verification. Provide all source, run commands, runtime versions, fixture manifest, compact JSON summary, complexity/limitations, and license. Full logs may be separate evidence files. No rendering/browser required and no external packages. Reviewer will rerun a new seed and mutate a new field. This is correctness verification, not a claim that arbitrary untrusted bot code is sandboxed.
